Nancy Rodriguez
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
The founder and Clinical Director of Sprout ABA and a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in both New York and New Jersey, with nearly 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her journey in ABA began as a Behavior Technician (BT), where she discovered a passion for supporting children and families through compassionate, individualized care.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Michael’s College and later obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Drexel University. Throughout her career, Nancy has worked with children and families across home, school, clinic, and community settings, allowing her to develop a collaborative and flexible approach tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs.
Her clinical philosophy centers around meeting children where they are and creating meaningful learning opportunities through play-based and natural environment teaching strategies. She believes therapy should feel engaging, affirming, and supportive while building functional skills that promote independence, communication, confidence, and long-term success in everyday life.
Nancy strongly values family involvement throughout the treatment process and believes caregivers are an essential part of each child’s progress. She is committed to partnering closely with families by providing guidance, education, and support in a collaborative and empowering way. She is especially passionate about creating a welcoming space for all families, ensuring every child and caregiver receives culturally responsive care where they feel heard, respected, and understood.
Through Sprout ABA, Nancy aims to create a meaningful and lasting impact by providing compassionate ABA services that value connection, celebrate individuality, and support the entire family.

Our approach combines clinical excellence with compassionate care to help children build meaningful skills in natural and supportive environments.
Our Core Values
Compassion is at the heart of everything we do. We foster a supportive and respectful environment where every child feels safe, valued, and understood.
We are committed to thoughtful and intentional growth, creating personalized therapy plans that nurture each child's development at their own pace.
Every child is unique. We tailor our services to reflect each child's strengths, needs, and goals, ensuring care that is both personal and effective.
Children learn best through play and within the environments where they live and grow. We use naturalistic and play-based strategies to encourage engagement, independence, and meaningful skill development.
We believe meaningful progress happens through teamwork. We work closely with families and collaborate with each child's support system, including schools, speech therapists, OTs, PTs, and other providers.
Our work is grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), using evidence-based and data-driven methods to guide decisions and monitor progress.
As a BCBA-led agency, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethical care, transparency, and confidentiality in every aspect of our practice.

Our Approach to Care
We focus on more than just therapy — we focus on connection, trust, and long-term growth for your child and your entire family.
We begin with a thorough Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) to understand your child's unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
Every therapy plan is custom-built around your child's assessment results, developmental stage, and family priorities.
We work alongside families, schools, and other providers to ensure consistency and meaningful skill generalization across environments.
We continuously monitor progress through data collection and adjust programs to ensure your child is always moving forward.
